Ellen Gottesdiener
Ellen is an Agile Product Coach and CEO of EBG Consulting, focused on helping product and development communities create valuable outcomes through product agility.
Ellen is known in the agile community as an instigator and innovator for collaborative practices for agile product discovery and using skilled facilitation to enable healthy teamwork and strong organizations.
She is an author of three books* on product discovery and requirements, frequent speaker, and works with clients globally. She holds certifications in Scrum (CSM), Product Ownership (CSPO), and professional facilitation (CPF). In her spare time, she is Co-Producer of Boston’s Agile Product Open community and Director of Agile Alliance’s Agile Product Management initiative.

Michelina DiNunno
Michelina is a management professional and enterprise agile coach with extensive experience leading organizational change initiatives and building high performing, self-managing teams.
Michelina actively works with organizations to build business agility, product and agile delivery capabilities, as well as support senior management through culture change. Additionally, Michelina has served in a variety of full-time agile roles including Product Owner, Scrum Master, IT Manager overseeing Scrum and Kanban teams, and Agile Transformation Champion.

Troy Magennis

Troy consults and trains organizations wanting to improve decision making on software portfolio and project questions through Agile and Lean thinking and tools. Declan Whelan
Declan is an Agile Technical Coach focused on helping organizations and teams achieve valuable outcomes through technical excellence.
Declan coaches and provides training to organizations wanting to improve how they design, build and deliver applications. This often includes TDD, BDD, Refactoring, Simple Design, Design Patterns and CI/CD practices along with human-centric practices like pairing, mobbing, event storming, story mapping, retrospectives and reviews.
Declan has worked in technology since 1984 with companies like Bell Canada, NCR, Manulife, Fidelity Investments, Motorola and many smaller companies. Paul Reed

A practicing Certified ScrumMaster, Paul has led multiple agile teams, working on complex products in companies of all sizes.
